Liguria
Portofino , situated on the Ligurian Sea. is a popular yachting destination. There are some notable attractions : Castello Brown is a 16th century castle/fort, once used for the area's defense, but now primarily a museum with a fantastic view of the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. The church of St. Martin is around the corner from the harbor and is a quaint, stylish little chiesa from the 11th century. It's definitely worth taking a casual stroll around it.

Riccione is a city in Emilia-Romagna. There are several interesting point to see like the holiday house of Benito Mussolini , the Angolani's Castle and Oltremare - a new theme park Aquafan a water park. The whole town is geared towards tourists, so there are bars and nightclubs everywhere. Once the sun goes down, the streets of Riccione come alive with lights, colour and noise as the sunbathers of the day become the revellers of the evening.
